My mom got a quote for a construction company for about $900 for the whole the job. They finished working and now theyr’e telling her she owes $2000. If we were to take this to court what would happen?

Are they all helping to usher in socialism in America? If so, will you now and forever stop using their products and services? Including the computer operating system you’re probably using right now?

Ive just applied for another job, this time as a general laborer for a construction company. What all do they do? and how much do they make per hour for an entry level exp?

I am doing an assignment for by Business Law class and I need to know if the company could file a lawsuit against the company that they hired to do the construction, if they hired a subcontractor to finish the job with out telling them? Is this considered breach of contract? What if the subcontractor did a poor job, is the construction company reliable for the subcontractors performance? I believe I know the answers to these questions, I just want to be sure. Thanks
